Henrico Humane Society’s Pet Expo is just around the corner – on October 25th. This year, there’s a new location for the event — the Richmond Raceway Complex
.

2014 marks the 15th year of this wonderful pet expo, a special indoor event where you can bring your pet to enjoy a day of fun and excitement with the whole family. There will be dog contests throughout the day – including one for best costume!

We’ve been going for years. It is a wonderful opportunity for animal enthusiasts to attend and bring their pets or come without and just enjoy all the activities, learning experiences and doggie items for sale.

You’ll find over 75 exhibitors showcasing animal-related goods and services plus many animal rescue groups will be on hand to answer questions.

Be sure to visit the Pet Pleasers, Inc. booth to meet out wonderful pet sitters. And, you’ll also receive a goodie bag with treats for your dog, a gift for you and a discount coupon worth 20% off your next pet sitting charges!

Activities are scheduled throughout the day — many you can do with your pet! Contest categories include Frosty Paws Eating, Prettiest Eyes, Best Kisser and Best Costume.

The Pet Expo runs from 10 am—4 pm, Saturday, October 25th. All proceeds benefit Henrico Humane Society and will help homeless animals in the community.
